Bourbon Burgers
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs Ground Beef
¼ Cup Beer
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 ½ ounce Bourbon Whiskey
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:

Preheat BBQ to medium high heat. Lightly oil the grate.

Mix all ingredients and form into 6 burgers.

Cook until the color of the meat suits you. (5 to 8 minutes per side for well done) Inside temperature should reach 160 degrees for food safety.
